Fit Property was an up-and-coming student lettings company who needed a brand that was a bit more refined, but would also stand out from the bright primary coloured competition in their home city.
I took a direction that was distinct and different from the brands other SLCs were taking at the time - lots of reds and oranges with bright, splashy graphics - and went for something a bit more refined, without being too highbrow, but with room for a little fun. Can you see the house?
The logo actually ended up being included in Taschen's Logo Design 3 book, which was nice.
