'Like a punch to the face!' - That's how I pitched UK Workspace's rebrand to them, and that's what got MD Matt Jackson really excited about the project. He didn't like doing things by halves. A bright yellow letterhead would certainly make an impression.
The company had been trading as Benzina, which sounded nice but had no real meaning if you didn't know any Italian (Matt is a petrolhead by his own admittance). UK Workspace was far more functional, but it described the business in immediate terms.
After a year or so, the branding went through some further refinement and a change in typeface. What you see in the page header is the result of this refinement process.
